Refunds for printed materials are handled case by case, and we do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete.

For defective or damaged items, please email us at tangerinemag.art@gmail.com with a video of the delivered package within 7 days of receipt. If eligible, we’ll guide you through the return process and issue a replacement or refund within 7 days of your request. Refunds will be processed within 7 days.
